摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust plastic deformation amount by adjusting the radial direction position of a clamping member when an external force is applied from outside the radial direction to a member to be subjected to plastic deformation. SOLUTION: When an engaging segment 48a of a tip of an adjustable tool 48 is engaged with a trench 45 formed in the rear end of a closing side stopper operation member 20 and it is rotated by using the adjustable tool 48, a closing side stopper 25 is rotated via a key 29 of a front side shaft part 21, the stopper 25 is reciprocally moved in a shaft line direction by screwing an external thread part 26 and a female screw part 24, and a position in the shaft line direction of a stopper surface 25a of the stopper 25 is adjusted. As a result, a proceeding end position of a driving body 10 is changed, and a closing position of the clamping member 14 which moves in the radial direction via a wedge rod 7 and a wedge trench 17 is adjusted.
