PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thin a circularly polarized wave antenna system 1. SOLUTION: A recessed part 4 is formed on the bottom surface of a dielectric substrate 2 and on the upper surface of a power feeder circuit board 8, a power feeder circuit 10 is formed on the area covered with the recessed part 4. Inside the recessed part 4, a shield 16 is provided for shielding the power feeder circuit 10. On an outer peripheral side 2c of the dielectric substrate 2, a power feeder electrode 5 is formed at an interval with a radiating terminal 3. On the upper surface of the power feeder circuit board 8, a power feeder wiring pattern 11 is formed for conducting and connecting the power feeder circuit 10 and the power feeder electrode 5. Power supplied from the power feeder circuit 10 through the wiring pattern 11 to the electrode 5 is transmitted from the electrode 5 to the radiating electrode 3 by capacitive coupling. Since the power feeder circuit 10 and the shield 16 therefor are housed inside the recessed part 4 on the dielectric substrate 2, the height of the circularly polarized wave antenna system 1 can be suppressed and the circularly polarized wave antenna system 1 can be thinned.
