摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily calibrate an array antenna with less computation. SOLUTION: An optimal weight coefficient for each of antenna elements and the directional pattern of the array antenna are calculated by performing simulation on the basis of the information of a desired wave direction and a spurious wave direction. Continuously, the calculated weight coefficient is actually set to each of antenna elements, the directional pattern of the array antenna at that time is measured, the absolute value of a difference between the calculated directional pattern and the measured directional pattern is respectively found for each direction, and an added total value, to which this difference is added, is found. Continuously, the directional pattern is respectively measured by using plural weight coefficient groups, for which the weight coefficient is changed to some extent on the basis of a weight coefficient group composed of respective calculated weight coefficients, the absolute value of a difference between the directional pattern calculated for each of weight coefficient groups and the measured directional pattern is respectively found and an added total value, to which this difference is added, is found. Then, the weight coefficient group of the least added total value is determined as an optimal weight coefficient group.
