PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic unit of a smaller size. SOLUTION: An electric unit 10 comprises a power circuit 11, a control board 15 electrically connected to the power circuit 11, and a plurality of terminals 21 for electrically connecting at least one of the power circuit 11 and the control board 11 to an external part 2. The power circuit 11 is provided on one side of a placement plate 12, and a plurality of terminals 21 are held with a terminal holder 29. The placement plate 12 is so fitted to the terminal holder 20 that the power circuit 11 and the terminal 21 are electrically connected, and the control board 15 is so fitted to the terminal holder 20 as to be almost parallel to the placement plate on the other side of the placement plate.
