PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive rolling device having superior durability to the vibration, impact load, and high-speed continuous operation. SOLUTION: A ball bearing 1 is provided with an outer ring 2, an inner ring 3, and a plurality of balls 4 rollingly arranged between the outer ring 2 and the inner ring 3. The ball 4 is composed of steel having Cr, Mo, and V in its total content M, 5 wt.% or more, and a hardening layer 4a is formed on its surface of carburizing it at the temperature of Ac1 point or less after hardening. The hardness of the core 4b is set to HRC 57 or more.
