摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a loop gain for controlling the quantity of power generation (steam flow) by a turbine governing valve, when the steam pressure fluctuates in each load zone. SOLUTION: In a thermal power plant for performing controlling of open degree of the turbine governing valve 36 for adjusting the quantity of the flow-in steam of a turbine for controlling the output 4 of a generator and for performing the boiler combustion control for controlling the boiler steam pressure, load control of the thermal plant is conducted, by adding the correcting signal from a function generating unit 44 for equalizing a change of the steam quantity due to the steam pressure deviation 20 in each plant load, which is obtained by the characteristic of the extent of the opening of the turbine governing valve in relation to the plant load, as the plant load indicating signal to a correcting means for restricting the overshoot/undershoot of the turbine governing valve 36, when the boiler pressure is fluctuated by the steam pressure of the output 4 of the generator.
