PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress electrolytic corrosion of an exposure part of a wiring part, an electrode part and the like at an end surface part of a peripheral end part of a liquid crystal panel. SOLUTION: In the liquid crystal panel having plural allocations on upper and lower glass substrates and formed by sticking the substrates with a sealing resin in every one segment, an outside part of the sealing resin between the upper and lower glass substrates of the liquid crystal panel is filled with a UV curing resin 6 by splitting the liquid crystal panel in every one segment and performing pumping to a side end surface split part or the like on the side on which parts are not mounted of the liquid crystal panel from an oblique and upper side using a fabric matter 1 impregnated with the UV curing resin 6 and then the UV curing resin is irradiated with a UV ray to cure the UV curing resin.
