PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which has high efficiency and sufficient strength, and is stable in resin shrinkage after molding, in a rotor wherein a permanent magnet and a rotor yoke are molded with resin. SOLUTION: Resin 15 is poured into the outside of an end portion of the permanent magnet 11 and gaps between adjacent permanent magnets 11, and the permanent magnet 11 is fixed to the rotor yoke. Resin is poured into also both end portions in the axial direction. Holes or trenches for relieving resin shrinkage are arranged between adjacent permanent magnets, out of both end portions in the axial direction of the permanent magnet 11.
