PURPOSE: Structure for fixing a battery of a vehicle is provided to be free from the degree of skillfulness of an assembling worker by simplifying the assembling process when a vehicle is assembled and to improve work efficiency by automating the assembling process. CONSTITUTION: Battery fixing structure for a vehicle comprises: a battery case(10) having a rod hole(11), a position setting groove and protrusions; a bar type rod(30) combined to a lever(40) via a fixing member(50); and combining brackets(20) having insertion portions(22), guide portions(23), and welding portions(21). For mounting a battery in an engine room, the combining brackets are welded on a vehicle body and the position setting groove is inserted to the guide portions. If the center of the rod is aligned with the center of the insertion hole, an installing protrusion(31) of the rod is combined to a locking protrusion(22a). Accordingly, the battery is mounted in the engine room. As the battery is removed by the simple manipulation of the lever, change of the battery is convenient. Therefore, work efficiency is improved.
