PURPOSE: A real-time remote payment/business transaction system by a mobile phone is provided to supply a transaction/payment center, and to have a mobile communication function with a corresponding device in the center, then to confirm whether a payment of the mobile phone is requested in a certain type, thus communicating with all mobile phones through corresponding mobile communication devices in the center. CONSTITUTION: The first data storage(22) has information on each payer(13), such as permission codes of each receiver, permission telephone numbers, permission standards for business transactions, and security standards related to the permission telephone numbers. The second data storage(21) has the second information named as a type of digital mobile phones(16) included in each telephone number. A selector confirms one of mobile communication devices(18,19) communicating with the digital mobile phones(16), which are confirmed by the permission telephone numbers through a mobile communication service device compatible with the digital mobile phones(16). By using the first server(20) connected to the mobile communication devices(18,19,28), payment and business transactions are processed between the payers(13) and receivers(27,19,14).
