PURPOSE: A spacer of reverse osmotic pressure filter membrane device is provided, which can permit fluid passage between filter membrane and spacers by providing spaces formed by radial supporting bars connecting a central boss and a peripheral frame and can increase filtration area, so that the system can enhance filtration efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The spacer comprises the parts of a filtering device(F) which is made by installing a filtering box(1) that has a chamber(1a) in which many filter membranes(2) and spacers(3) are installed repeatedly with supporting bars(4) and by connecting side plates(5,5a) at upper and bottom; spacers(3) that are formed as a flat, a thin and radial supporting bar(3c) for providing space between a peripheral frame(3a) and a central boss(3b); and a fluid guide device for contact filtering to both sides of a filtering membrane area(2a,2b) of a pair of filter membranes facing each other(2A,2B).
