PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that assembly work is complicated because work that a shaft of a moving part is inserted in a slotted hole of a side plate is necessary when a frame body is assembled so as to interpose a moving part by a side plate in order to insert the shaft of the moving part in the slotted hole formed in the frame body freely slidably heretobefore. SOLUTION: The frame body 11 is made of a metallic sheet and is bent in a U shape. As for a guiding slotted hole 15 formed in the side plate 12, lower end 15b opens at the lower side edge of the side plate. Thus, only by inserting the moving part 21 from under the frame body 11, the shaft 23 can be inserted in the guiding slotted hole 15. Then, when a driving member 31 which operates the moving part 21 is incorporated into the outer side of the side plate 12, the shaft 23 is restrained by the driving member 31, and the lock will be performed so that the shaft 23 may not come out of the guidance slotted hole 15.
