SOLUTION: The combination patterns of signal values of respective terminals of a 1st terminal group formed in a circuit module at prescribed time are set as a 1st identifier(ID) group, the combination patterns of signal values of respective terminals of a 2nd terminal group formed in the circuit module at the prescribed time are set as a 2nd ID group and the interface information of the circuit module is recorded by combining the 1st ID group and the 2nd ID group.
