PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roofing resisting deflection and capable of keeping its appearance good, and a synthetic resin panel for forming the roofing, relating to a roofing for a carport or terrace, etc. SOLUTION: Wavy patterns 2 are formed parallel to extrusion direction within the front face of a synthetic resin extrusion panel, and uneven continuous patterns are formed approximately perpendicular to the extrusion direction within the back face of the panel to form the synthetic resin panel 10. Next, the synthetic resin panel 10 is curved into an arcuate shape by heat press molding to form a roof panel 1. Thus, the wavy patterns 2 are formed approximately perpendicular to curving lines within one side located on the inside of the curve, and the uneven continuous patterns 3 are formed approximately parallel to the curving lines within the other side, so that strength against deflection in the longitudinal and horizontal directions of the panel can be remarkably enhanced.
