PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily conduct maintenance and inspection works in the case of filter exchange by dividing a suction filter installed to an air conditioner for construction machinery into the plural. SOLUTION: A housing 9 for an air-conditioning unit 15 is mounted to a floor board 4A for a cab, positioning the housing box under a seat 5A for a driver's seat 5 and the leg section of the driver's seat 5 is constituted of the housing box 9. An internal air filter 11 is secured detachably into an air intake 10 for the housing box 9, and an upper-side split filter 17 and a lower-side split filter 18 divided into two upper and lower sections are fitted on the suction side 15A side of the air-conditioning unit 15 as the suction filters. A filter exchanging window composed of a small window for exchanging the upper-side split filter 17 and the lower-side split filter 18 from the outside is set up to the housing box 9, positioning the filter exchanging window on the upper side of the floor board 4A.
