PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide financing method/system for periodically obtaining store management data by online, objectively evaluating the business performance of respective stores based on store management data and positively and safely performing financing based on an evaluation result. SOLUTION: Data on sales, cost management and work management at every prescribed period are transmitted from POS terminals 11 having communication functions and time recorder terminals 12, which are installed in the respective stores, to a center computer 14 through communication lines 13. The evaluation value calculation part 18 of the center computer 14 calculates the evaluation values of the respective stores on a plurality of evaluation items by summing up and processing received data. An evaluation point calculation part 19 calculates an evaluation point at every evaluation item by comparing the evaluation value with a reference value. A financing condition deciding part 20 sums up the evaluation point at every evaluation item and decides the financing condition including the propriety of financing. |
