PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic medical record system capable of attaining sufficient informed consent by enabling a doctor and a patient to easily comprehend a change or the like in the symptom. SOLUTION: The electronic medical record system electronically records the consultation data of an individual so as to display these data as needed. Such an electronic medical record system is provided with a CD-R 1 for recording the consultation data and a computer system 2 for displaying the consultation data recorded on a CD 1a while utilizing this CD-R 1. The consultation data recorded on the CD 1a are at least one of character data and image data having the items of examinee data for specifying the individual, the items of examination subjects and the results, the items of notes by a doctor in charge and the items of progress before and after surgical operation. |
