PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for determining the price of an article or service while considering elements based on the customer valuation considerations. SOLUTION: Concerning these method and system, a standardized data component and a customized data component are electronically processed. Thus, the client can selectively customize the features of a standardized tiered offering group and this group includes selected offering features containing the article o service. Besides, a total price is provided to the client and the total price includes elements based on the priority or weight value of the client concerning each of offering features, price point, which is based on a client/segment, concerning each of standardized tiered offering groups, the quantity measure of each of customized tiered offering features, standard value on each of standardized tiered offering groups, list value concerning the customized tiered offering group, and standard value concerning the standardized tiered offering group. |
