摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively recover waste heat from each heating source without causing a system construction to be complicated and large sized and become expensive in an environment including a plurality of the heating sources. SOLUTION: A first warm water circuit 15 is a circuit for passing therethrough cooling water directly affected by temperature variations of waste heat from heating furnaces 11 to 16, which circuit connects heat exchangers 51 to 56, temperature sensors 71 to 76, variable flow rate type circulation pumps 91 to 96, and a storage tank 11. A series construction of the heat exchanger 56 and a variable flow rate circulation pump 98 as well as a series construction of a plurality of the heat exchangers and a variable flow rate circulation pump are connected in parallel wit respect to the storage tank 11 upstream to downstream. The temperature sensors are installed on the downstream side of the respective heat exchangers such that the temperature sensor 76 is installed downstream the heat exchanger 56. A second warm water circuit 17 is a circuit for passing therethrough cooling water where no temperature variations of waste heat from the beating furnaces 11 to 16, and connects a variable flow rate circulation pump 97 and an absorption refrigerating machine 13 in series with respect to the storage tank 11.
