PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat panel provided with rib panels for supporting a flat panel body made of reinforced concrete, at appropriate spaces while projecting inward, and to provide an underground continuous wall and its work construction method executed efficiently at a low cost. SOLUTION: The rib panel 25 is made of steel framed mortar or steel framed concrete with a steel frame 15 erected inside, and the flat panel body 33 formed between the rib panels 25 are supported to the rib panels 25, with each end part inserted between a pair of flanges 15b, 15d provided on the outer side of the steel frame 15. An inner side end 15c of the steel frame 15 is projected inward from the flat panel body 33.
