PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of an analytical apparatus, capable of obtaining a concentration signal of a measuring component by removing the influence of interfering components in a sample. SOLUTION: A heater 3 and a Peltier element 4 are arranged around a semiconductor sensor 2 for gas analysis, and a sample gas is measured at two different temperatures by the semiconductor sensor 2. Two kinds of gains (a first gain and a second gain) and a correction coefficient are obtained beforehand relative to the semiconductor sensor 2. One concentration signal adjusted by the second gain is substracted from the other concentration signal which is adjusted by the first gain, and the obtained numerical value is multiplied by the correction coefficient, to thereby obtained the concentration signal of carbon monoxide from which the influence of methane in the sample gas is removed. Since only one semiconductor sensor 2 is used, the constitution is miniaturized and simplified.
