PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a good cycle characteristics by restraining oxidative decomposition at the surface of a positive electrode of a nonaqueous secondary cell. SOLUTION: The positive electrode has a positive electrode activation material expressed by general formula LixMO2 (where; M represents at least one element out of Al, B, Co, Ni, Mn) and a compound including sulfur.
