PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clearance management system which enables instantaneous cleaning with high safety and at a low cost. SOLUTION: This clearance management system uses a computer device and is equipped with a customer information storage part 12 which stores prepayment balance information on a customer's purchasable amount by customers, a store information storage part 13 which stores held amount information on a store by stores, and a control means 10 which withdraws a purchase amount from the prepayment balance corresponding to a customer having a purchase at a store in the customer information storage part 12 and adds the withdrawn amount to the store held amount in the store information storage part 13 corresponding to the store where the customer has the purchase to perform clearing; and then the purchase amount is withdrawn from the prepayment balance according to the input of purchase information and added to the store held amount to enable instantaneous cleaning. Further, it is not necessary to input a credit card number, the safety is very high, and the remittance cost is saved. |
