PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily demagnitize a metal plate heat treated. SOLUTION: Electric power is supplied to induction-heating coils 21-24 in the induction-heating devices 11-15 by using one set of power source device 41 for plural induction-heating devices 11-15 to change the output to be reduced by the change of the coil length and the number of the coil turns, thereby demagnetizing the metal plate. Also plural sets of the power source devices 42-45 are provided for every induction-heating coil 21-24 to individually change the output of each induction-heating coil 21-24, thereby demagnetizing the metal plate.
