PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an electroluminescence panel low in a material cost per unit area and enable back light emission, and unnecessary of wiring insulation, without using an expensive ITO film. SOLUTION: In the electroluminescence panel which has a transparent electrode which consist of an ITO electric conduction film at least on a substrate 3, the electroluminescence light emission layer 7 and a back electrode 10, the electroluminescence panel 1 has the ITO electric conduction film which is printed with an ITO ink layer 5.
