PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation managing system capable of grasping operating conditions while considering speed conditions or traffic conditions of an area in the operation managing system in which data sampled by an operation recorder are read by a reader and displayed as a graph on a display. SOLUTION: The map of the area where a vehicle is traveling is displayed together with the graph on the display and a real traveling trace is displayed on the map. The area on the map is separated by color by each speed limit or traveling trace is displayed while changing coloring or the like corresponding to a traveling speed so that the operating conditions in the displayed area can be more precisely grasped.
