PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of immunoassay, capable of easily performing the immunoassay in a short time without the pretreatment the blood using a centrifuge, etc. SOLUTION: In this method of immunoassay, insoluble particles immobilizing an antibody or an antigen which reacts specifically to an antigen or an antibody in a sample is subjected to agglutination with the antigen or the antibody in the sample to measure the change in the absorbance or scattering light, by irradiating the resultant aggregated mixed liquid with light. While blood B is used as the sample and is forcedly subjected to hemolysis.
