PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring energized disc freeze proofing valve for preventing the application of unreasonable force on a spring and allowing a disc valve element to fully open an annular valve seat. SOLUTION: An inlet 4, an outlet 5 and an annular valve seat 6 are formed by a valve casing. The annular valve seat 6 is formed with its axial center to be eccentric downward from the axial center of an access. The disc valve element 7 is arranged at the side of the inlet 4 of the annular valve seat 6. A spring support 9 with a plurality of open communication holes 8 is formed on the outlet member 2. A coil spring 10 is arranged between the disc valve element 7 and the spring support 9 for energizing the disc valve element 7 to the opening direction. Four ribs 12, 13 each are provided on the inner periphery wall of the inlet member 1. The inner face of the rib 13 forms a slide contact guide face of the disc valve element 7 and a gap to the rib 13 serves for passing a fluid.
