PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw unit for accurate feeding mechanism by combining a correcting cam independently of the feed screw working accuracy. SOLUTION: In this unit of a screw shaft and a nut, both ends of a feed screw 1 are provided with a bearing A (4), a bearing B (5), and a bearing C (6), and a correcting cam plate 8 is provided in these bearing A (4), bearing B (5), and bearing C (6), and a nut 2 is fixed to a put holder 3, and a tensile spring 11 is installed so that a profiling cam follower 10 provided at a tip of a profiling arm 9 fixed to an end surface of the nut 2 always contacts with the top surface of the correcting cam plate 8.
