PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for mounting fastening parts capable of preventing a foreign matter such as chips from entering flow passages for fluids inside first and second parts when both parts are fastened together through the insertion of the second part into a mounting hole in the first part. SOLUTION: A check valve 19 is inserted into a mounting hole 23 in a pump housing 12 and the outer wall surface of the pump housing 12 and the outer peripheral edge of the terminal of the insertion part of the check valve 19 inserted in the mounting hole 23 in the pump housing 12 are fastened by welding. The first flow passage 18 for fluid inside the pump housing 12 is thereby connected with the second flow passage 30 for fluid inside the check valve 19. When necessary a seal member 31 for preventing the leaking of fluid from the flow passages 18 and 30 is interposed between the wall surface 23b and the wall surface 24b of the check valve 19 within the mounting hole 23 in the pump housing 12.
