PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a bolt fixing structure fixing a bolt having a member inserted therein by tightening a nut. SOLUTION: A bolt passing-through hole 11 of the nut 10 is formed into a gourd shape in which large and small semi-circles are continuous, and its inner wall is constituted such that a large semi-circle part is formed into a smooth face slidable with an outer periphery of the bolt and a small semi-circle part is formed into a screw face meshing with threads of the bolt. Guide members provided with an annular rising wall maintaining a locking condition of both of the nut and bolt by surrounding and restraining the bolt when the nut is locked in the small semi-circle part of the bolt passing-through hole integrally are combined for use.
