PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic shielding shutter having such a good electromagnetic shielding capacity that the shutter can be installed of the opening of an electromagnetic shielding space. SOLUTION: A shutter curtain 3 is constituted by connecting a plurality of metallic slats 4 to each other in the vertical direction in an overlapping state, and in addition, installing a conductive braided wire 6 on the seat plate 5 at the lower end of the curtain 3. The shutter has a pressing device 8 provided with a plurality of pressing sections 8a which are arranged at desired intervals in the lengthwise direction of a guide rail 1 and protruded into a guide rail groove. At the time of closing the opening completely, the curtain 3 is connected to a building shielding layer by pressing the curtain 3 toward the internal wall of the guide rail 1 by means of the pressing device 8 and, thereafter, the braided wire 6 is also connected to the shielding layer through a receiving plate 9 provided on a floor.
