摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the observation of ground subsidence being impeded due to underground water spurting out with looseness in the degree of close contact of rubber ring packing embedded in a clearance between the inner surface of an outer cylinder pipe and an inner cylinder pipe in a conventional grout filing device serving for measurement of ground subsidence under a bottom slab, and the motion of inner cylinder pipe being worsened or impeded if the close contact degree of the packing is heightened. SOLUTION: An extensible cylindrical body is stretched in a clearance between an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder provided inside, to connect the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder. Consequently, the inner cylinder is freely movable, so that ground subsidence can be easily and rapidly measured, and the condition of ground subsidence can be appropriately grasped. As a result, grout filling work can be rapidly and accurately carried out.
