LAMINATED RING MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ring manufacturing method capable of uniformly nitriding a ring. SOLUTION: A cylindrical drum 2 formed be a welding end of a maraging steel sheet 1 is cut to a prescribed width to form a ring 4. The rings 4 are rolled and subjected to the solution treatment and are nitrided. The solution treatment is achieved by keeping the rings 4 at a temperature in the range between the austenite completion point of the maraging steel and 850 deg.C in a heating furnace 5 for a prescribed time.
