PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film-carrying device which can carry a film without injuring the film, even when a long-length film is supplied into the film carrying device by hand. SOLUTION: The film carrying device 6 is provided with a plurality of carrying rollers 62 for carrying the long-length film F and a drive motor 61 for rotatively-driving the carrying rollers 62 and is further provided with a controlling means 4 for controlling the driving motor 61, so that rotation speed of the carrying rollers 62 rotatively-driven by driving of the driving motor 61 is low, since the film F is supplied to the carrying rollers 62 until the film F is carried by a prescribed distance and is high after being carried by the prescribed distance.
