PURPOSE: An actual constructional cost calculation system is provided to offer application software service associated with construction, technical knowledge information for detecting the actual cost of a building to users through a communication network on the basis of the design of the building and a quantity calculation as well as construction materials and human resources information offered by an ISP(Internet Service Provider). CONSTITUTION: The system comprises steps of performing a building design by using a 3-D CAD design tool in an order of a basic concept setting, a conceptual design, an inspection and a detailed design(101), searching for construction materials and quantity for each kind of construction work from the 3-D CAD design data(102), determining the procurement price from the kind, the standard, the specifications, the physical quantity, and the procurement period on the basis of the construction material and the search of the quantity(104), determining information with respect to the carriage cost for the transportation, required for the procurement of the construction material, the labor cost and the overhead for the execution of construction as well as the consumables expenses(105), allowing the stock price and the quantity of the construction materials and the sales cost to be input by the trader on the internet(106), allowing the stock price and the quantity of the construction materials and the unit rate of the human resources for executing the building to be input by the trader(107), making a framework for allowing users to manage the most favorable execution plan on the basis of the building information, the construction materials information, the physical distribution information of the construction material, the human resources information over the internet(108), and obtaining the actual cost of the building(109).
