<p>A patch containing an anti-inflammatory agent, characterized by: comprising 5 to 40 wt.% styrene/isoprene/styrene block copolymer, 1 to 25 wt.% high-molecular polyisobutylene, 0.5 to 24 wt.% low-molecular polyisobutylene, 3 to 50 wt.% tackifier, 20 to 70 wt.% plasticizer, 0.01 to 7 wt.% dispersant, and 0.1 to 8 wt.% anti-inflammatory agent containing a carboxyl group or a salt thereof; not containing l-menthol; and when examined in the water release test with a rotary cylinder according to the release testing method as provided for in the US Pharmacopeia, having drug release rates of 20 to 64 wt.% and 40 to 93 wt.% as measured at 1 hour and 3 hours, respectively, after initiation of the test.</p> |
