<p>The present invention relates to an ink cartridge mechanism and its check valve. The check valve is positioned in the cavity of the ink cartridge mechanism and comprises a supporting base, a supporting wall inclined projecting from the inner side of the supporting base, a supporting shoulder inwardly flexed from the supporting wall, and a supporting head projecting from the supporting shoulder and provided with a central through-hole sealed by a valve sealing unit for keeping the ink in the valve. A packing element provided at the ink outlet comprises: an integrally-formed supporting-portion closely engaged with the ink outlet, a sealing ring projecting out of the supporting-portion and having a block engaged therewith, and a connecting portion between the block and the ring. With the annular-step shaped structure of the valve of the ink cartridge mechanism, the present invention can be extremely sensitive to pressure, thereby the printing quality can be effectively improved. When the print needle inserts through, the connect portion is broken down making the block separated from the sealing ring. Because of the firm engagement between the packing element and the printing needle, the packing element of this invention functions good when in use. Even when it is not in use, it still has excellent sealing performance.</p> |
