Basic information (b) related to an information retriever and variable condition information (t) required of the retriever are stored in a retrieval information temporary storing area (33). A data matching section performs a cross matching retrieval satisfying the expression [(B) = (t)] & [(b) = (T)], and the information provider and information retriever list the results of the retrieval satisfying mutual retrieval conditions.
