A vehicle lamp has a housing whose opening is covered by a cover disk and in which are provided at least one lamp element located on a support element and a reflector (3) located behind in the light spread direction. The light beams emitted from the lamp element are deflected at least by a right angle before they emerge from the housing in the light spread direction through the cover disc on the housing front side. Several lamp elements are located in a central region of the housing. At least the support elements of the lamp elements are covered by an opaque optical element (6) located between the support element and the cover disc.
