The composite molding material (1) consists of an in-mold-foamed molding (2) whose surface (2a) is provided with a thermoplastic resin skin material (3). One or more kinds of skin material (4) are provided on the surface of the thermoplastic resin skin material. The surface characteristics of the skin materials (3,4), are different. An Independent claim is also included for the manufacture of composite molding material.
