The dispenser incorporates a storage container (1) for liquid mixture components (2), and a storage container (7) for powdered mixture components (8) near which are dispensers (9-11). The constituents are weighed on scales (12) for calculating the weight in a mixer container (13). A control appliance (15) is connected by control pipes (19-22) and sensor lines (18) to the machine's constituent parts. The storage container for the liquid mixture component has a feeder pipe (3) with a float (4) for operating in conjunction with capacity.
