The current supplying arrangement includes an electric cable harness with an associated protection part. The cable harness extends from a bodywork side to a sliding door (1), and has a curved longitudinal section in its central section. A protection part (9) is provided, which has a first cable outlet (32) for holding the cable harness (3) and a second cable outlet (33). The second cable part ensures that the cable harness moves forward and backward with the opening and closing of the sliding door. The curved cable harness section is fitted into the protection part in such a manner as to be movable in parallel to the sliding door.
