<p>The invention relates to the automation of business deals and can be used for retailing and providing services and also for creating a multiuse payment system for various payments including a payment for commodities and services with the aid of Internet, for telecommunication services, satellite TV, commodities and services. The invention simplifies payments and possession of utilities and services, facilitates the obtainment of information and consultation services and extends the functionality of the system, simplifies its putting into practice and running and reduces the cost thereof. The inventive system comprises devices 11 1N delivering identification codes, a central controlling device (2), devices 31 3N composing requests and receiving replies thereto and executive devices (4) providing a user with the commodities and services. A code of a utility or service received from the user is checked with respect to a correspondence thereof to an established criterion and in a positive case, a reply message, initiating the delivery of a commodity or service to the user, is transmitted to the device (3) composing requests and receiving replies.</p> |
