A process for production of <i>cis</i>-dichloro-(<i>trans-1</i>-1,2-cyclohexanediamine)platinum(II) complex, based on treatment of 1 mol of alkali metal tetrachloroplatinate(II) in an aqueous solution with 0.9 to 1.7 mol of <i>trans-1</i>-1,2-cyclohexanediammonium tartrate at pH of the reaction mixture between 7 and 12 obtained by alkalinisation by an alkali metal hydroxide, followed by separation of the solid product from the aqueous reaction medium. |
