A table top (4) has two first manual detachable fasteners to position it above the steering wheel rim (2), parallel to a steering wheel spoke (3), or parallel to wheel rim and spoke. A length-adjustable second fastener (5) may be positioned at different angles relative to the table top. The first fasteners are two hooks with springs, which engage into the wheel rim or spoke, and are moveable relative to at least one edge of the table top. The second fastener is a clip for sliding over the wheel rim. The table top may have an aperture, or may consist of two parts connected by a hinge.
