The multi-stepped speed change gearbox has a guide device comprising a slide block and guide pin. The slide block(1') in at least one position corresponding to a selected speed has a detent hole(BR,B1-B5), and the guide pin(4') in a section(16) which is brought into engagement with the slide block has a diameter(17) corresponding to the detent hole. The guide pin is constructed and located in such a way that for locking-in of the selected speed it is brought into engagement in the detent hole by an axial displacement. |
