<p>The invention concerns a system for dynamically defining a multimedia document characterising a user's main focus of interest, comprising an analyser (1) capable of generating a descriptor (D) expressing a semantic and analytic content of a document, a comparator (2) for evaluating a distance between two descriptors, a filter (3) for selecting the descriptors nearest to a predetermined target descriptor, an interface (4) for displaying the selected documents and enabling the user to assign a rating of relevance to each document, a descriptor synthesizer (5) receiving, in input, several document descriptors and supplying, in output, a descriptor defined as a combination of the descriptors supplied in input. The invention also concerns a method for dynamically defining a multimedia document characterising a user's main focus of interest.</p> |
