Therapeutic composition (A) for autologous tumor treatment by tumor-specific immunostimulation. (A) is prepared from the extracellular material formed by incubating immune competent cells (C1) with tumor cells (C2) that have been treated to remove membrane surface substances. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) method for producing (A); and (b) standardized process for clinical diagnosis of immune status.
