The invention concerns a seat (10), such as an armchair or a sofa, which includes a body (11) and a bottom part (13) joined to it, which includes a cushioning (13a2). The chair includes hinge parts (16) both in the armrest parts (14a1, 14a2) and in the back part/back parts (15), whereby the said armrest parts (14a1, 14a2) an back part/back parts (15) are adapted to return in relation to the body (11) of the chair.
